Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of Metaspace and all Space Marvel AI services. It applies to all users including free, paid, API, and enterprise customers. Using Metaspace constitutes acceptance of this AUP.

2. Illegal Activities

You may not use Metaspace to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable laws, including fraud, money laundering, copyright infringement, violations of export control or sanctions, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

3. Harmful Content

Prohibited: content promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism; harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse; non-consensual intimate imagery; deliberate disinformation campaigns; and content designed to facilitate real-world harm to identifiable individuals.

4. Platform Abuse

Prohibited: attempting to bypass safety systems or jailbreak AI models; automated scraping or data harvesting without authorisation; uploading malware or harmful scripts; account sharing beyond authorised user limits; and systematic attempts to degrade platform reliability.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

Report violations using "Report an issue" in Metaspace Help, or trust@spacemarvel.ai. We review all reports and aim to act within 24-48h for critical violations. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may report conduct to law enforcement.
