1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Metaspace and any related Space Marvel AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the Services. If using Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Services

Metaspace is an AI-powered enterprise operating system. Services include conversational AI, autonomous agents, workspace integrations, AI Avatar, and partner products (Finixy, Candy). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@spacemarvel.ai of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use & Content

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant Space Marvel AI a limited licence to process it to provide Services. Prohibited: unlawful content, IP infringement, malware, spam, impersonation, and content promoting violence, terrorism, or abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

Metaspace platform software, design, trademarks, and AI models are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written consent. AI-generated outputs may be used by you for lawful purposes.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing changes are communicated with 30 days written notice. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
